This stupid bot doesn't understand UTF-8 encoded URLS...

Seems to be a GUI program for Windows 95 / 98 from Japan, downloadable e.g. here. Fetched robots.txt, but it's not obvious what it would interpet.

At least this imbecile application fails to find any links - it had given up before I could block it.
